2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice To file a notice, please provide the following in writing:

  • A statement of “good faith belief” that the use is not authorized.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate.

3. Counter-Notification If you believe your material was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification including:

  • Identification of the removed material and its previous location.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, of your good faith belief that it was a mistake.

  • Your contact details and a statement of consent to local jurisdiction.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringers iptv UK reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users or access for those determined to be repeat infringers.

5. Misrepresentation Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

6. Changes to this Policy We may update this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
